🎯 Requirements

• 3-6 years of professional experience
• Experience owning and delivering complex projects in fast-moving or demanding environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to structure ambiguous challenges
• Experience managing people, leading teams, or coordinating multiple stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using data for decision-making
