🎯 Requirements

4-8 years in ops/strategy/product/consulting or a high-growth startup
Proven track record delivering cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact
Strong systems thinking; design scalable processes from scratch
Move quickly and decide with incomplete information
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Curiosity to ramp in AI/data platforms or robotics
