📋 Description

• Own end-to-end project work across client engagements.
• Align client, creative, and engineering teams to ship rigorous results.
• Design annotation protocols, rubrics, and evaluation designs.
• Deliver scope, staffing, timelines, and client relationships.
• Ensure data quality, inter-rater reliability; course corrections.
• Analyze data and translate into findings, recommendations, and reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Based in San Francisco, California
• 3+ years designing studies, evaluating data, and presenting findings
• Experience with data labeling/annotation, human-in-the-loop systems, or ML evaluation
• Track record managing several concurrent projects, including annotation, evaluation, or QA
• A real point of view on creative quality and what "good" looks like
