📋 Description

• Own the production system behind Turing’s software-engineering data programs, delivering
• Coordinate 100–1,000+ contributors across distributed teams and partner with talent to source
• Lead end-to-end delivery on projects, including defining scope, timelines, and success metrics.
• Translate research needs into actionable tasks, manage feedback loops, and drive continuous
• Be the face of Turing to frontier AI labs, maintaining strong client relationships and reporting on
• Codify playbooks and repeatable processes to scale operating systems for future programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Background in software engineering, technical program management, consulting, or other
• Strong analytical and communication abilities; able to identify bottlenecks and communicate fixes
• Customer-facing experience and ability to manage expectations with high-profile clients.
• Ability to read and review code; follow pull requests in Python, TypeScript, Java, or Go.
• Experience with agentic evaluation harnesses, software benchmarks, or RL; experience managing large
• Bonus: prior work at an AI data vendor or frontier lab.
