Strategic Project Lead - Multimodal

📋 Description

• Be primary contact and strategic advisor for US clients on multimodal AI programs.
• Translate model requirements into structured plans with milestones and quality benchmarks.
• Lead cross-functional discussions on data quality and delivery architecture.
• Identify growth opportunities by aligning with client roadmaps.
• Design end-to-end delivery for multimodal annotation, evaluation, and RLHF.
• Build scalable execution systems for video, image generation, audio tasks.
• Govern programs with milestones, escalations, and quality gates.
• Anticipate and resolve cross-functional dependencies.
• Own quality architecture for multimodal programs including QA protocols.
• Align ground truth data with downstream training objectives.
• Create feedback loops between evaluation signals and model metrics.
• Maintain accountability for data quality at program level.
• Build delivery teams with modality-specific expertise.
• Onboard and calibrate teams rapidly for complex modality combos.
• Foster a culture of quality ownership and continuous improvement.
• Develop program-level delivery intelligence to inform decisions.
• Build repeatable playbooks that scale across accounts.
• Evolve operational frameworks for new model architectures.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10 years in program or project management within AI/ML or data ops.
• Experience in two or more: CV, image gen, video QA, audio, or multimodal tasks.
• Proven ability to manage external client relationships at a technical level.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical instincts to diagnose issues from first principles.
• Fluency in English; available to work US business hours from LATAM.
