Strategic Projects Associate, Safety

📋 Description

• Own execution of large-scale human data programs powering AI model training and evaluation
• Design, build, and execute operational workflows supporting model policy annotation and evaluations
• Support design and iteration of annotation frameworks and labeling workflows
• Coordinate trusted annotators and contribute to culture of consistency, care, and sound judgment
• Partner with policy leads to surface insights on policy gaps and classification ambiguities
• Build and maintain annotation playbooks, quality resources, and auditor guidance

🎯 Requirements

• Strong academic record as recent graduate or soon-to-graduate
• Internship or light work experience in trust and safety, policy enforcement, regulatory compliance
• Strong analytical and first-principles problem-solving skills
• Comfort or aptitude for drawing insights from large datasets (SQL proficiency a plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High ownership and reliable, detail-oriented execution
