📋 Description

• Own end-to-end AI data programs to deliver multi-million ARR impact.
• Lead hundreds to thousands of Fellows to meet delivery timelines with quality and cost targets.
• Design staffing models, incentives, and workflows to improve throughput, margins, and reliability.
• Partner with frontier AI labs and senior stakeholders to shape scope and resolve issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in technical or analytical roles (software, data, analytics, product).
• Tech degree in CS/Engineering/Data Science with coding experience (Python, SQL).
• Strong analytical and first-principles problem solving for scaling operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior customers.
• High ownership mindset and end-to-end accountability.
• Curiosity and ability to quickly learn AI concepts and industry trends.
