📋 Description

• Own data delivery end-to-end: deadlines, throughput, quality.
• Solve ambiguous processes; build scalable solutions across the org.
• Build and lead contributor teams; recruit, train, manage distributed staff.

• Drive continuous improvement of data pipelines and systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in consulting, finance, startups, or operational roles.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; track record managing complex projects.
• Customer-facing experience with high-profile clients.
• Motivated by gritty process optimization and large-scale execution.
• In-person collaboration 5 days/week at One World Trade or NYC/London offices.
