📋 Description

• Design scalable annotation frameworks and labeling workflows with high precision
• Lead and manage a team of annotators, ensuring accuracy and handling edge cases
• Collaborate with policy leads to resolve gaps and ambiguities in data annotation
• Create and iterate annotation playbooks and auditor resources for regulatory alignment
• Detect data trends and scale policy enforcement across large distributed workforces
• Partner with frontier AI labs and senior stakeholders to shape policy programs

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in trust and safety, policy enforcement, or risk mgmt
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and SQL proficiency
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder mgmt with senior customers
• High ownership mindset and end-to-end accountability
• Curiosity and quick learning of AI concepts
