Strategic Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with sales and success to present products and integrations to clients.
• Design, develop, deploy and manage customer-specific PoV projects.
• Build custom reports and dashboards for prospective clients' management.
• Assist with functional and technical elements of RFPs.
• Stay current on feature releases and maintain updated demo spaces for sales.
• This role will support customers across the Pacific Northwest.

🎯 Requirements

• Hybrid role in the Pacific Northwest; occasional travel to Seattle and in-person meetings.
• Hands-on AI/LLMs and integration platforms (Unito, Workato, Zapier, Integromat).
• 6+ years in a customer-facing tech role (pre-sales preferred).
• 2+ years working with commercial or enterprise clients.
• Understanding of cloud deployment, change mgmt, and adoption.
• Strong customer-facing skills; ability to influence technical and executive audiences.
