Strategic Solutions Engineer (Chicago/Dallas)

📋 Description

• Partner with sales/success to deliver technical product presentations.
• Design, develop, and manage PoV projects for customers.
• Build custom reports and dashboards for client management teams.
• Assist with functional and technical elements of RFPs.
• Stay current on new features and maintain updated sales demos.
• Support customers across the Pacific Northwest.

🎯 Requirements

• Hybrid role in Central US; travel up to 50% for in-person meetings in Dallas/Chicago.
• Design and implement AI-driven agentic workflows with autonomous agents and cross-app integrations.
• 6+ years in a customer-facing tech role (pre-sales preferred).
• 2+ years with commercial or enterprise clients.
• Knowledge of cloud deployment, change management, and organizational adoption.
• Hands-on with AI/LLMs, integration platforms (Unito, Workato, Zapier, Integromat), web services and APIs.
