Strategic Sourcing Lead, Professional Services

📋 Description

• Own and evolve the Professional Services category strategy and execution roadmap
• Manage multiple complex sourcing workstreams end to end
• Build partnerships with senior stakeholders and optimize service models
• Lead complex negotiations and design commercial structures (MSA, SOW, pricing, terms)
• Develop scalable category mechanisms and supplier governance
• Strengthen supplier ecosystem and implement value realization plans

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management with depth in Professional
• Experience end-to-end ownership of Professional Services category strategy and sourcing
• Proven ability to lead high-stakes negotiations balancing cost, speed, quality, risk
• Understanding of professional services vs. contingent labor vs. full-time hiring
• Experience building category operating mechanisms (playbooks, governance, reporting)
• Experience using AI to redesign sourcing workflows with ensured human review
