Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Specialist

📋 Description

• Source computer parts, hardware components, warehouse supplies, and workshop materials while
• Maintain an accurate master vendor database covering supplier qualifications, legal and compliance
• Build and manage vendor relationships, acting as the primary contact for follow-ups, negotiations
• Create and manage RFQs, compare quotations, negotiate pricing, lead times, quality, and commercial
• Manage the complete procurement lifecycle through the relevant purchasing systems, from sourcing
• Coordinate with accounting on invoices, payment schedules, reconciliations, and agreed vendor

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain management, or a related
• Demonstrated experience sourcing from and negotiating with China-based suppliers.
• Working knowledge of customs procedures, import/export compliance, tariffs, and shipping
• Experience using procurement software, inventory management tools, ERP platforms, or similar
• Proven negotiation skills and the ability to secure competitive pricing while balancing cost
• Strong analytical and inventory forecasting abilities, including experience establishing reorder
