🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with ATS/HRIS and recruitment analytics.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using data to inform recruitment decisions and improve processes.
• Familiarity with interview design, assessment frameworks, and structured hiring.
