Strategic Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end coordination of customer deliverables across Product, Eng, Success.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to scope, resource, and sequence work.
• Partner with CSMs to align internal timelines with customer expectations.
• Lead and operationalize the UAT process and success criteria.
• Define and track metrics tying delivery to customer value.
• Build tools to track scope, delivery status, risk, and decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in program management or customer-facing SaaS roles.
• Proven ability to lead complex multi-stakeholder programs across technical and customer teams.
• Strong understanding of agile software development processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to write crisp updates and facilitate tough conversations.
• Highly organized, proactive, and outcomes-driven.
• Experience with Fortune 1000 or large enterprise customers.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS workflows in engineering/manufacturing space.
