2.5+ years experience as a strategist in a media or creative advertising agency in the India market
Deep understanding of marketing fundamentals
Familiarity with India landscape
Ability to deliver high-quality work independently and with speed
Strong priority and urgency management skills
Good internal communication and collaboration skills
