Strategist, Agent Development (Dutch speaking)

📋 Description

• Partner with Agent Product Managers and Engineers to scope, build, and ship AI agents handling thousands of daily conversations.
• Lead agent development with product strategy, conversational design, and customer insight.
• Be a trusted advisor to customers and drive their AI strategies.
• Build, design, and refine conversational AI agents and observe product development.
• Drive execution and delivery of multiple complex, high-visibility agent projects.
• Coordinate across technical and non-technical stakeholders through the full lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• Outstanding communication to convey complex tech to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of software development, product management, and engineering.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Leadership and ability to manage multiple projects and inspire teams.
• Degree in CS/Engineering/Mathematics or equivalent; MBA a plus.
