• Support the development and refresh of ESS's five-year strategic plan, including conducting
• Develop high-quality analytical materials for internal and external stakeholders, combining
• Build and maintain structured market, competitor and client intelligence resources to enable

🎯 Requirements

• Analytical and modelling skills, including advanced Excel capabilities and the ability to work with
• Ability to identify trends and develop robust market-sizing and other analytical models.
• Ability to turn complex analysis into clear, concise and visually compelling presentations for
• Relevant strategy experience, gained through strategy consulting, corporate strategy, market
• Experience with market assessment, competitive analysis or strategic planning.
