Strategy & Analytics Experimentation Director

📋 Description

• Own experimentation methodology and principles to ensure accuracy across experiments.
• Build and maintain Faire's experimentation OS, including review processes.
• Adapt our experiment methodology as velocity increases with AI.
• Partner with S&A, Eng, DS, and Product to design and measure experiments.
• Expert on causal inference for non-experimental analyses (diff-in-diff, synthetic control).
• Partner with Analytics Platform to set roadmap for the experiment platform.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in experimentation, data science, or related analytics.
• Extensive experimentation experience designing and analyzing experiments.
• Deep statistical expertise: power and sample sizing, sequential testing, variance reduction.
• Analytically rigorous; reads results skeptically and catches subtle problems.
• Strong cross-functional influence across Eng, Product, DS, and Strategy & Analytics.
• Understanding of data and experimentation platforms, data models, and metric pipelines.
