📋 Description

• Break down complex strategic problems to insights.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Sales, Finance, Ops, Marketing.
• Identify opportunities, hypotheses, analyses, and leadership recommendations.
• Own key metrics and surface salient insights to drive them.
• Partner across teams to ensure data is used thoughtfully.
• Develop scalable operational processes and fill gaps.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in analytical/strategic roles across analytics, consulting, product, ops, or finance.
• Strategic problem solver; break down ambiguous problems via first principles.
• Highly analytical; define KPIs, size opportunities, measure performance.
• Strong communicator of data-driven insights to diverse audiences.
• Solid analytical foundation; SQL or Excel to analyze large datasets.
• Scrappy, resourceful and fast learner.
