Strategy & Analytics Manager — Travel Supply & AI (100% Remote - USA)

📋 Description

• Own analytical and operational infrastructure for Hopper's Travel Commercial org.
• Design, build, maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate insights and improve output quality.
• Lead deep-dive analyses and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Define KPIs and create a continuous improvement feedback loop.
• Prepare data for internal meetings and cross-functional discussions.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in data analytics, sales ops, strategy & operations.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, BigQuery).
• Track record building data models, dashboards, and operational tools.
• Strong commercial instincts with rigorous analytical ability.
• Experience cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams.
• First-principles thinking and a bias for action in fast-moving environments.
