Strategy and Analytics Business Partner

📋 Description

• Wrangle large, highly complex datasets using SQL into actionable insights and become the data
• Develop metrics and large-scale dashboards to track the health of our user-facing and internal
• Perform analyses (using SQL & other analytical tools/languages), identify trends, conduct
• Create narratives and documents that tell the story of your business area to influence senior
• Own executive-facing weekly, monthly or quarterly reporting.
• Influence and drive cross-functional change by partnering with stakeholders across a wide internal

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM major (i.e. Computer Science, Math, Stat, Engineering, etc.) and 4+ years
• Strong analytical ability, proficiency with SQL (minimum of 3 years advanced SQL) and strong
• Experience working with extremely large datasets
• Experience with AI tools (Claude Code, etc.) and have demonstrated measurable impact from AI in
• Outstanding communication, presentation skills & stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in or with Sales and/or Operations organizations
