Strategy and Operations Manager, Executive Programs

📋 Description

• Act as the EBC Program representative in the San Francisco office and build strong relationships
• Own the end-to-end planning and delivery of strategic Executive Briefings, aligning customer
• Maintain accurate program records and operational data, including schedules, attendee information
• Deliver best-in-class executive experiences through hands-on coordination of registration, room
• Own relationships with catering, gifting, hotel, and transportation vendors; establish service
• Partner with Workplace, IT, Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to deliver a seamless guest

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategy and operations, program management, business development
• Very strong project management skills and can identify and solve problems quickly with minimal
• Outstanding customer service mentality and attention to detail.
• Ability to engage up and down the organization (including SVP+) with confidence, poise and gravitas.
• Highly organized and self-motivated to create and execute on new projects.
• Team player who can take on projects in various stages of completion and run.
