• Serve as a strategic advisor to client Revenue Integrity leadership, providing guidance and
• Guide Charge Data Master (CDM) and charge capture design decisions, ensuring alignment with
• Partner with Information Services and Epic implementation teams to translate operational needs into
• Oversee charging workflow readiness and charge reconciliation processes leading up to go-live
• Help senior leadership understand the downstream revenue implications of technology, workflow, and
• Identify, communicate, and escalate implementation risks and their potential impact on Revenue

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare operations, Revenue Integrity, coding, finance, Revenue Cycle
• Demonstrated experience leading Revenue Integrity operations at the director level or above.
• Experience leading an Epic revenue cycle IT group or serving as a key operational partner during an
• Deep understanding of charge capture and charge reconciliation processes, including electronic
• Proven experience partnering with Epic IT teams to design, validate, and implement charging

🎁 Benefits
