Strategy Consultant Sr

📋 Description

• Work with clients and technical teams on CRM & Marketing Automation projects focusing on
• Research benchmarks, conduct brainstorming, develop concepts and storytelling for campaigns and
• Design campaign and journey strategies in Miro, including flows and documentation details
• Prepare briefs to guide creative teams and review texts, layouts, and campaign materials
• Analyze performance and best practices of active journeys, generate insights, propose
• Conduct discovery, consulting, and brainstorming sessions with clients to understand business

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in marketing, planning, or strategy projects
• 4+ years of experience in CRM Marketing projects including automation or one-off campaigns
• Knowledge or experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar automation tools
• Experience with email, SMS, push notifications, or WhatsApp
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Holistic business and marketing vision, strong listening skills
