Directly serve as the Strategy partner for the VP SEMEA & their leadership team
Act as the champion and challenger of the SEMEA leadership team
Independently own analysis with large datasets to gather insights & guide investment and growth
Own all reporting, forecasting, territory planning, and quota/productivity modelling
Work cross-functionally and globally with internal stakeholders, identify optimisation

🎯 Requirements

Strong experience in sales strategy, management consulting, and/or business development
Strong Analytical/tools skills required, e.g. Spreadsheet/Excel, Salesforce, SQL
Proficiency in one or several AI tools (e.g. Genie, Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT)
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
A 'get it done' attitude and want to build something that lasts
Excel in a collaborative environment and have a high degree of honesty, integrity and sound judgment
