Strategy Intern (f/m/d)

📋 Description

• Work with Head of Strategy and Chief of Staff to shape and execute strategy.
• Support international expansion and uncover new business opportunities.
• Align OKRs with core KPIs; help prepare senior stakeholder presentations.
• Work cross-functionally to gain insights into our product, clients and ops.
• Contribute to all-hands communications and offsites.
• Be at the core of high-impact strategic initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed at least 1–2 internships in high-growth companies or strategy consulting.
• Strong analytical skills; break down complex problems into actionable insights.
• Thrives in cross-functional teams; can manage multiple projects.
• Enjoy developing strategic initiatives with clear execution.
• Passionate about fintech; eager to learn and empower investing.
• Available for at least 4 months and based in Berlin.
