📋 Description

• Lead the Improved Forest Management (IFM) strategy in British Columbia, providing strategic
• Own and periodically refine the IFM Theory of Change, using strategy reviews and emerging insights
• Work with metrics and performance teams to establish success indicators and systems for monitoring
• Monitor developments, risks, opportunities, and emerging trends across conservation, forestry
• Build alignment with First Nations, governments, forest-sector organizations, funders, NGOs, and
• Collaborate with policy colleagues to advance enabling conditions and policies that support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 7 years of experience in conservation, natural
• Demonstrated experience managing complex or multi-project portfolios, including financial
• Proven experience developing and maintaining partnerships with First Nations, nonprofit
• Strong understanding of forest and natural resource management policy and related issues in British
• Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to understand complex relationships, identify
• Familiarity with the Indigenous rights landscape and related policy and governance considerations
