📋 Description

• Define and implement operational roadmaps with product leadership
• Design scalable operational frameworks to support growth
• Lead analyses to identify opportunities and inefficiencies
• Develop actionable insights from quantitative and qualitative research
• Spearhead strategic initiatives from ideation to measurement
• Own the OKR process and monitor performance against metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Strategy & Operations with scaling impact
• Translate strategic initiatives into executable operational plans
• Proficiency in SQL or willingness to learn; strong data analysis tools
• Fluent in French and English
• Strategic thinking with strong analytical and project mgmt skills
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
