Strategy Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Cross-functional projects to improve merchandising ops (forecasting, pricing, stock, logistics).
• Assist launch and expansion of merchandising ops in new cities, coordinating logistics.
• Manage day-to-day project tracking; align stakeholders, deadlines, blockers escalated.
• Support forecasting models, P&Ls, pricing analyses and dashboards.
• Redesign merchandising workflows; automate inventory, logistics and reporting.
• Identify inefficiencies in merchandising and ops; propose data-driven improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years in consulting, operations, analytics, supply chain or merchandising.
• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business Admin, Data Analytics or related.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets, SQL and data visualization.
• Experience in forecasting, pricing, stock and logistics is valued.
• Experience with ERP systems, POS tools or logistics software is a plus.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
