📋 Description

• Strategize driver quality issues for Curri's top customers; identify root causes.
• Manage external BPO day-to-day; build SOPs, train, and uphold quality.
• Run and improve driver quality programs and processes.
• Collaborate with Growth and Revenue Ops to flag, escalate, and resolve issues before churn.
• Analyze data with spreadsheets and SQL to generate insights for decisions.
• Build toward full ownership of driver quality escalations for top logos in year one.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years in operations, strategy, or program mgmt in fast-paced settings.
• Sharp problem solver; diagnose root causes and operational levers.
• Comfortable managing cross-functional stakeholders; clear SOPs.
• Data-first; use spreadsheets and SQL to track metrics and back decisions.
• Ownership mindset; drive solutions through ambiguity.
