Strategy & Operations Coach (VP+)

📋 Description

• Providing 1:1 coaching to members via virtual sessions on the Mento Platform.
• Participating in ongoing training to improve coaching abilities and skills.
• Communicating with members via Mento email or in-app chat between sessions.
• Sharing coaching tools and insights to strengthen Mento practices.
• Acting with kindness, respect, and empathy as a Mento ambassador.

🎯 Requirements

• Director/VP or senior strategy & ops leader with 20+ years coaching.
• Wants to turn people leadership into coaching skills.
• Passionate about helping people advance at work.
• Self-aware with high emotional IQ and safe space for vulnerability.
• Growth mindset; eager to expand coaching skills.
• Fully remote; based in NA or Europe; coaching cert a plus but not required.
