📋 Description

• Lead strategic initiatives across Financial Services, from identifying opportunities through
• Help identify and execute opportunities to grow our financing and insurance business and expand the
• Build business cases, analyses, reports, and recommendations independently to drive decision-making.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Sales to improve our product
• Translate business problems into actionable solutions, whether that means digging into data
• Move quickly from identifying a problem to testing and implementing solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy & operations, product, fintech
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to solve complex business problems.
• Proven ability to independently own projects from problem definition through execution.
• Strong builder mentality; comfortable rolling up your sleeves and creating the analysis, process
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to move quickly across different types of problems.
• Strong cross-functional skills, particularly working with Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
