Strategy & Operations Lead, Strategic Enablement, MC2

📋 Description

• Initiate and lead high-impact initiatives in MC2's Strategic Enablement.
• Define scope, sequence workstreams, stakeholder maps, and infra.
• Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and design learning programs.
• Own end-to-end curriculum and content development; track metrics.
• Drive cross-functional coordination; align forums; unblock blockers.
• Develop tracking and reporting that connect work to MC2 priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 7+ years designing and delivering programs from scratch in ambiguous environments.
• Experience building scaled, blended learning experiences for diverse learners.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration; build trust quickly; no formal authority.
• Independent judgment in planning and prioritization.
• Demonstrated experience using AI to accelerate workflow; ability to review and own results.
