🎯 Requirements

Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication across global audiences
3+ years in operations, strategy, or high-growth startups
Proficient in Excel, SQL, or Python with data-driven decision making
Experience managing multi-workstream projects with senior stakeholder alignment
Strong structured thinking to break down ambiguous problems into clear frameworks
Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous envs where you create structure
