Strategy & Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting across revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
• Build, maintain, and improve financial models for planning and strategy.
• Analyze pricing, GTM performance, product launches, and growth opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance to drive efficiency.
• Support embedded finance products with business model analysis and growth.
• Develop actionable recommendations using business insights and market data.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience; 2–3 years in high-growth SaaS/tech.
• Background in investment banking, PE, consulting, or corporate strategy.
• Strong financial modeling for revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
• Advanced data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Looker, Salesforce, Stripe.
• Able to turn ambiguous questions into structured analyses.
