Strategy & Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting across revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
• Build, maintain, and improve financial models to support planning and strategic decisions.
• Conduct analyses on pricing, GTM performance, product launches, market opportunities, and growth
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance to identify opportunities and improve
• Support the operational foundation of embedded finance products via business models, partnerships
• Develop actionable recommendations using business insights, financial data, and market analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of professional experience, with 2–3 years in a high-growth SaaS/tech startup.
• Experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, corporate strategy, or
• Strong financial modeling skills for revenue, expense, and cash flow forecasts.
• Advanced analytical skills to collect, manipulate, and interpret data.
• Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Looker, Salesforce, Stripe, or similar systems.
• Ability to transform ambiguous questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations.
