Strategy & Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes across revenue, expenses, and cash
• Build, maintain, and improve financial models to support business planning and strategic decisions.
• Conduct strategic analyses related to pricing, go-to-market, product launches, market
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance to identify opportunities, evaluate
• Support the operational foundation of embedded finance products by analyzing business models
• Develop actionable recommendations by combining business insights, financial data, and market

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of professional experience in finance, operations, or related roles; 2–3 years in
• Experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, corporate strategy, or
• Strong financial modeling skills for revenue, expense, and cash flow forecasts
• Advanced analytical abilities to collect, manipulate, and interpret data
• Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Looker, Salesforce, Stripe, or similar systems
• Ability to transform ambiguous questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations
