• 6+ years in strategy, operations, consulting, or analytics.
• Analytical rigor; funnel/conversion analysis; SQL required.
• Automation mindset; design solutions to eliminate manual work.
• Structured thinking; break problems into actionable components.
• Execution & ownership; ship end-to-end solutions.
• Languages: Portuguese and English required.
