Strategy & Product Owner Conversational AI (Non-Technical)

📋 Description

• Lead strategy for voice and chat AI on GECx and Dialogflow CX.
• Define feature roadmap and priorities to meet business goals.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to implement iteratively.
• Translate business goals into technical CX solutions.
• Bridge between technical and business stakeholders across teams.
• Non-technical, senior IC reporting to the CX Design & Platforms Manager.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with GECx/Dialogflow CX or similar AI platforms.
• Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong analytical skills from customer data and market research.
• Hands-on customer discovery and user research with service design.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, design, and business; influence others.
• Great-to-haves: Google Gemini/ Dialogflow CX certs; PM/change mgmt certs; French language.
