Strategy & Transformation Advisor (Growth & Monetization specialization)

📋 Description

• Lead Growth & Monetization advisory sub-practice globally within Stripe Strategy &
• Advisor to strategic users on revenue acceleration, GTM, pricing & monetization across fiat and
• Work across five domains: New Revenue Channel Growth, AI Product Pricing, Platform &
• Engage in client advisory, pre-sales, and global enablement to embed monetization thinking in
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering on roadmap decisions based on monetization needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in management consulting or equivalent with explicit pricing/monetization design
• Deep expertise in SaaS pricing, platform monetization, payments economics, and geographic expansion.
• Proven track record building capabilities from scratch, including methodology and GTM collateral.
• Strong financial modelling: buy-rate, revenue share, unit economics for C-suite discussions.
• Excellent communication and executive presence for pre-sales and senior leadership engagement.
• Experience in pre-sales advisory and closing sizable engagements with SOWs.
