Strategy & Transformation Associate, CEO Office - H/F

📋 Description

• Contribute to the group’s strategic initiatives: support work related to offer development, market
• Lead cross-functional transformation projects: coordinate stakeholders across business units and
• Support performance management: consolidate key performance indicators, track action plans
• Deliver strategic and financial analyses: conduct ad hoc analyses, structure complex and ambiguous
• Prepare decision-making materials: develop high-quality executive presentations and synthesize

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience, ideally gained within a strategy consulting firm or
• Degree from a leading business school or engineering school
• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to structure complex or loosely defined challenges
• Comfortable operating in demanding environments, managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, and
• Autonomy, rigor, proactivity, and excellent prioritization skills
• Comfortable interacting with senior executives and can produce concise, high-quality deliverables
