• Own the structural integrity of drone systems from full assemblies to components
• Bridge advanced simulation and physical testing to inform design decisions
• Ensure airworthiness and performance of autonomous systems in demanding environments
• Collaborate with mechanical design, systems, and test teams
• Translate complex physics into clear engineering judgments to accelerate development
• Mitigate technical risk through robust analyses

🎯 Requirements

• End-to-end structural simulation of complex drone products
• Define loads, boundary conditions, and material properties
• Static/dynamic structural assessments; modal analyses; model correlation
• Plan and execute structural tests; model validation; data-driven decisions
• Proficiency with CAD tools and FEM workflows; MATLAB/Simulink
• Experience with Simcenter or SolidWorks Simulation; CAD-based model prep
