Structural Designer for wastewater treatment plants (for projects in Switzerland)

📋 Description

• Design of civil work structures such as tanks, basins, pumping stations, service buildings for
• Basic sizing given by process engineers; afterwards responsible design work and information
• The design process follows several stages according to Swiss SIA and or German HOAI (Project basis
• Design of civil works structures according to BIM methodology together with BIM modelers
• Participation in internal / external meetings and video conferences
• Regular reporting to Project Managers

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of structural engineering with 3 to 5 years of experience
• Team player and interest in multidisciplinary work, willingness to acquire basic knowledge in other
• Good English skills at B2-C1 level
• Good skills in Microsoft Suite
• Solid knowledge in BIM Methodology (openBIM) and collaboration platforms (BIMCollab, etc.)
• Solid software skills for structural engineering calculations (for ex. SOFiSTiK, TEKLA; ALLPLAN)
