🎯 Requirements

Licensed PE (SE a plus) with hands-on structural design
Experience across steel, concrete, timber, masonry
Fluent in ETABS, RAM, RISA, SAP2000, Revit Structure
Deep curiosity for how things work and ability to explain why
Opinionated about workflows and what's broken
