📋 Description

• Translate financing objectives into analyses, timelines, and deliverables.
• Lead analysis, diligence, and execution workstreams for financings.
• Own transaction models: debt sizing, cash-flow waterfalls, scenarios.
• Support senior transactors on complex financings: structuring and closing.
• Manage high-volume, detail-intensive workstreams in a lean team.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, banks, investors, and advisors.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years in project/structured/infrastructure finance or related fields.
• Strong financial modeling: debt sizing, waterfalls, covenants, scenario eval.
• Experience on financings that closed; knowledge of process and diligence.
• Experience at bank, PE/infra investor, data center developer, or advisory.
• Ability to own workstreams independently.
• Willingness to work from San Francisco.
