  • Act as first point of contact for end-user IT requests via ticketing, chat, and email.
  • Provide hands-on and remote support for macOS and Windows devices.
  • Troubleshoot Google Workspace, Okta SSO/MFA, and Microsoft 365.
  • Assist with setting up meeting rooms and A/V equipment.
  • Support IT operations: imaging, provisioning, onboarding and offboarding.
  • Shadow IT Engineers on real projects to understand infrastructure and identity.

  • Currently studying toward or recently graduated in IT, CS, or related field.
  • 1 year in technical or IT support (internships or home projects allowed).
  • Eagerness to learn and grow into an Engineer or System Administrator role.
  • Basic familiarity with macOS and/or Windows troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and customer-first mindset.
  • Reliability, ownership, and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
