• Own and strengthen core ops systems for assessments and after-school programs.
• Lead cross-functional projects from planning to execution with PM leadership.
• Plan/execute student assessment ops across grades: scheduling, materials, proctors, data.
• Design/implement/improve systems for after-school clubs and programming.
• Plan and lead family- and student-facing events; boost school culture and belonging.
• Develop proactive communications for families and staff on assessments.
