Student Success Coach

📋 Description

• Build long-term relationships with students through coaching and outreach
• Conduct proactive outreach via phone, text, and chat
• Coach students through personal, academic, and motivational challenges
• Help students break down big goals into actionable next steps
• Track progress using dashboards and maintain clear notes
• Balance a caseload of 50-75 students and triage by risk

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong organizational and caseload management with clear docs
• Ability to build relationships and navigate sensitive conversations
• Proven ability to manage high volume outreach and follow-up
• In-office attendance three days/week (Tue-Thu); remote Mon & Fri
