📋 Description

• Manage Drafted Ostrava studio: workforce planning, people management, and ops execution.
• Serve as studio owner, aligning with global objectives and standards.
• Lead implementation of new initiatives from planning to post-launch evaluation.
• End-to-end responsibility for projects: planning, execution, and post-launch review.
• Lead studio-wide meetings; coordinate priorities and ensure transparency.
• Oversee procurement, inventory and equipment to maintain uninterrupted operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional proficiency in Czech and English (B2 or higher)
• Experience in operations management, preferably in 24/7 environments with shift-based workforce management.
• Strong people management; ability to lead and motivate large, diverse teams.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities under high pressure.
• Experience in recruitment and onboarding; building high-performing teams.
• Hands-on budget management, cost tracking, and rigorous invoice control.
